Refund policy

Digital files cannot be returned, so here is how we handle problems.

It does not work

If the add-on does not work on a supported Blender version, email hello@polyember.com within 14 days of purchase with your Blender version, operating system and what happened. If we cannot fix it, we refund you in full.

You bought it twice

Duplicate purchases are refunded in full. Just email us with both order emails.

Try before you buy

Most of our add-ons have a free version with the same panel, so you can check it runs on your setup first.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Whop. Your bank decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.
