These terms cover every purchase from polyember.com. Polyember is run by Polyember. By buying, you agree to them.

What you buy

You buy a digital download: a Blender add-on and the files listed on its product page. Nothing is shipped. You get access to the files right after payment.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Whop. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add its own fees or currency conversion. We never see or store your card details.

Licence

Our Blender add-ons are released under the GNU General Public License v3.0. You can use them for personal and commercial work, and everything you render or animate with them is yours. Assets that ship with an add-on (.blend files, node groups) may be used in your own projects and in client work. Please do not resell or redistribute the paid download as your own product.

Updates and support

Bug fix updates for the same major version are free. For help, email hello@polyember.com. We aim to reply within 3 business days.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Liability

The software is provided as is. Save your work and keep backups. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the price you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
